A. The simply pay the balance directly to the experience when they arrive.

Q. Will you email the Giftaway Certificate to my recipient directly?

A. You can have us email the voucher immediately to your recipient or you can send it to yourself and print it to give at the appropriate time.

Q. Can I send the Giftaway Certificate to myself so I can print it?

A. Yes.

Q. Can you send the Giftaway Certificate on a specific date in the future?

A. Yes – they are valid for 12 months from day of purchase (not the date it is given to the recipient).

Redeeming Certificates

Q. Do I have to book through this web site or can I just phone and book?

A. You must book through www.giftaway.com.au. You are welcome however to contact potential choices you are considering by phone, email visit their web site, etc in order to help you decide which experience to book. Just remember to return to the site to make the booking.

Q. Do Giftaway Certificates have a use-by date?

Q. Can I use a Giftaway Certificates for more than one experience?

A. At this stage no – you can only redeem the certificate against one booking.

Q. What if I don’t spend the full Giftaway Certificate value?

A. The full amount must be redeemed against one experience/operator. The certificate is not redeemable for cash in whole or part, either from giftaway or the operator. Many operators offer additional services such as massage, tours, dining etc., which will enhance your experience.
